Usually we try to limit the strength of our group from 10 to 24 participants but sometime due to high demand of any trip we do accept booking for not more than 35 travellers in a trip.

Usually we accept bookings of travelers with age of 18 year or above in our group tours. In some cases we can accept bookings of travelers with age less than 18 years but we do not accept bookings if the traveler is a child below 12 years of age. Depending on the case we may reject the booking of any traveler who is below 18 year age. For families or groups having children travelling with them, we recommend booking a private trip on the same or a different itinerary.

We select hotels based on our survey, their market reputation and mainly feedback received from the past travelers. All our hotels are fixed for the group tours and though it is not possible but not easy for us to change your hotel at any place. If accepted by our team such changes may be done and it may incur additional expenses which will be payable by you in additional to the cost of the trip.

As stated, we carefully select hotels for stay of our customers. Usually our group trips offer stay in standard hotels having good location and acceptable services standard for our international guests. You may ask one of our office executive to provide you more information or a website-link for the hotel/s we are providing. It is also advisable that you check the information about the hotels online and also via your other reliable sources.

We want your stay to be comfortable but as simple as possible. As mentioned, the hotels used in the tours are selected carefully. It is also recommended that you collect enough information about the hotel/s to ensure that they meet with your standard and expectations. If during the trip you find the hotel or hotels not meeting with your expectations we do not have any policy of providing alternative accommodation. If the traveler forces us for the change of hotel, we will review the situation first and will try to sort out if any problem in the room or services of the hotel. If we are left with no option but to change the hotel to satisfy the guest, we will do so with all additional expenses payable by the traveler only. There will be no refund applicable for the hotel booked under the group itinerary.

For single travelers we have the facility of combining your accommodation with other co-traveler of same gender. In the event when we do not have any single traveler in the group to share room with you, we offer a single room at supplement cost. If you are travelling single, please clearly mention type of room you wish to book for your stay (single or twin bedroom). We do not guarantee that we will have a single traveler in any particular group and if case occur you may have to stay in a single room only by paying the supplement cost for the room.

Depending on your flight information, we provide you with a company owned air conditioned vehicle from airport to hotel upon arrival and also from hotel to airport upon your departure. Most our airport pickups and drip off services are escorted by an expert customer care executives.

Most hotels provide 1400 hrs check in and 1200 hours check out facility for the convenience of the guests. Early check in or late check out for few hours can be requested to the hotel with no additional charges. But the same is always based on the acceptance of the hotels and subject to availability of room/s at the time of your arrival in the hotel. Neither we nor our hotels will guarantee that the rooms will be kept on hold for you under complimentary early check-in or late check-out facility. If you want us to hold room/s for you on guaranteed basis, it is recommended that you reserve the room/s from the previous night only.

If, due to any reason you miss the part of the trip you may join the group in their current city of travel. In such case we will transport you from your arrival airport to the hotel where the group is staying, but all additional expenses for the transport etc are to be paid by you only.

Depending on the total strength of the group, we use excellent air conditioned buses, tempo travelers, cars etc for sightseeing trips, excursions and intercity travel. All our vehicles are backed by courteous drivers and equipped with many required facilities.

Usually, but not necessarily, a half day sightseeing trip takes 4-5 hours and a full day sightseeing trip may last for about 8-9 hours depending on the traffic on the roads and time spent by the group members on each monument.

It is your trip and you can definitely decide to skip any local sightseeing trip if you feel relaxing in the hotel or doing other activities based on your interest. We are perfectly ok with this as far as it does not incur any additional cost to us or the other travel participants in the trip. Of course yes, If you like any of the tour itineraries given under our group tour section and if you want to organize a private group of friends or family member or customers on the same (or customised) trip, we welcome it. Such trips can either be done with the same price and services as mentioned on our website or can be customized depending on the choice of the group members.

Once you book your seat with us in one of our group tour package, we send you a set of updated and detailed tour itinerary, list of confirmations of hotels and transfers etc, tour invoice, payment receipt and other information as may be required by you for the trip. All other travelling documents will be handed over to you by our representative upon your arrival in India.

Tipping is a culture for travel. We want to set you free to your discretion on tipping. It is highly recommended to offer suitable tip to porters, restaurant staff, bell boys, drivers, helpers etc as they accept to get rewarded for their excellent job they did to comfort you. You must carry small currency notes of Rs. 50 and Rs 100 in your pocket to pay against tip where and when you feel to pay.
